About World Went Dark Outdoors

World Went Dark Outdoors became an idea back in 2007 after one of our hunts together, but only became reality in 2010. Through hard work and determination, we are putting the state of Pennsylvania on the trophy buck map. We are blue-collar guys who hunt 100% fair chase on private ground in this great state of Pennsylvania. Follow along as we become the premier hunting group in the state.

Why We Are Different

The difference is in the style of hunting we do. 100% Fair Chase, Unmanaged properties, no food plots…on the deers terms!

The truth of the matter is, whitetails are very pressured and we have excelled at finding ways to be successful. We do not plant food plots or hunt big expansive farms, we hunt deer we like to call Backyard Bucks! We put in a lot of time in the off-season, practicing, so that when the time arrives, we are prepared. Our wives often joke, during the season we are married to our hunting. We hunt completely out of portable tree-stands, because we hunt small parcels, hunting with a climbing tree-stand is the only option to keep the deer from knowing they are being hunted.
